To ensure a quality experience for all of our customers, Vision Plastics is Certified to ISO 9001:2015 with TUV Rheinland of North America. We use Lean Manufacturing methods to ensure our customers get the best possible products with the lowest waste levels and the greatest manufacturing efficiency. This translates into an environmentally conscious, cost effective option for custom injection molding, clean room molding and insert molding services.
In addition to injection molding, we also provide a full range of plastic manufacturing services for our customers. These include custom end of arm tooling, fixturing and molding automation, heat staking and ultrasonic welding and a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) for metrology. As one of the top plastic manufacturers in the region, we provide Design for Manufacturing and mold flow analysis to ensure your products are made to the standards you require. Our in-house engineering team is available to provide support every step of the way with the goal of exceeding your custom molding expectations.
