INJECTION MOLDING
We maintain expertise in injection molding a broad range of thermoplastic materials including engineering resins, elastomers and filled materials. With capabilities ranging from 18 tons to 950 tons, we are experts at molding wide ranging parts to extremely tight tolerances. Our facility features state-of-the-art machinery supporting an automated process.

ENGINEERING
Engineering drives innovation. Our in-house engineering team specializes in design for manufacturability, tooling, mold flow analysis, in-house automation and fixturing, CNC machining and process improvement. With a staff of tooling engineers, process engineers, and manufacturing engineers, we can begin by evaluating all aspects of your product. We even offer assembly and packaging solutions. Custom materials for strict applications are also available from our supply partners.
